Visiting the Brewery Shop Christmas 2025

Have a read of our handy hints to make your Christmas visit to the Brewery Shop go smoothly!

If you have already placed your Click & Collect order, just head to the Trade Office canopy on the left as you go up the yard (just before the Shop entrance), and it’s the first doorway and table you will see. There’s no need to visit the Shop but please remember to bring your order number to speed things up!

Buying Fresh Beer

Head to the Shop if you want to buy draught beer.  The team will take your order and payment, and then provide you with a Collection ticket.  To collect your draught beer order, turn right out of the Shop towards the Trade Office canopy. Enter the canopy through the first door on the right, and you will see the Collection Table in front of you.  Just show your Collection Ticket and the team will do the rest!

Buying Bottles, Gift Boxes, Merch, UK & World Beers, Brewery Tour Vouchers, Gift Vouchers and more....

Just head to the Shop to browse and purchase as normal.

Look out for the signs, or ask the friendly team!

These arrangements will be in place during the day from Friday 19 December right through to Christmas Eve. If the Click & Collect or Fresh Beer Collection Point is closed, just head to the Shop.
