BBC visits One Planet Brewing

We were delighted to be visited by BBC South on Saturday to discuss the launch of One Planet Brewing!

Broadcasted live on the 6’oclock news by presenter Edward Sault, the south of England was able to learn about One Planet Brewing’s goal to be net 0 by 2030, 10 years earlier than the rest of the industry.

The film team were guided round my MD Ruper Thompson and Head Brewer Miles Chesterman, with them both giving insights into the new solar panel operation being run on Hogs Back Brewery sight. The solar panels as of now, have saved over a tonne of carbon emissions which is the equivalent of planting 61 trees!
