Brewery Operator

Location: Tongham, Surrey
Company: Hogs Back Brewery – home of the famous TEA (Traditional English Ale)

Hogs Back Brewery is Surrey’s largest independent brewer, renowned for our award-winning beers and proud of our continued growth. We’re looking for an enthusiastic Brewery Operator to join our dedicated production team.

The Role

This is a hands-on position covering all aspects of beer production, from raw materials to final product. Your duties will include:

Cask cleaning and racking
Kegging and packaging
Brewery hygiene and cleaning
Tanker loading and bulk beer movement
Beer filtration
Preparation of raw materials
Quality control checks
Fermentation management

About You

The ideal candidate will:

Have previous experience in a commercial brewery (preferred but not essential)
Be physically fit, motivated, and ready to get stuck in
Demonstrate strong time management and organisational skills
Ideally have knowledge of HACCP and Health & Safety requirements
Possess good interpersonal and teamwork skills
Be computer literate
Hold a forklift licence (advantageous, but training can be provided)
