Key Responsibilities:

Beer Knowledge and Customer Engagement:
Share your passion for beer by engaging with customers, conducting tastings, and offering recommendations. -
Inventory Management:
Assist with stock control, including lifting and moving cases of beer and kegs, maintaining accurate counts and safe storage. -
Administrative Duties:
Handle phone calls, emails, and customer orders, and support the retail manager with daily admin tasks. -
Sales and Operations Support:
Help drive sales through excellent customer service and assist with day-to-day operations, including opening, closing, and cash handling. -
Event Assistance:
Support brewery events and tours, including setup and customer interaction. -
Social Media Involvement:
Assist with creating content and engaging with customers on social media platforms.

Weekend and Evening Availability:
Work flexible hours to support customer needs and retail operations.
Qualifications:
- Previous retail experience, ideally in a brewery or beverage setting.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to lift up to 25 kg safely.
- Good organizational skills and multitasking ability.
- Availability for evening and weekend shifts.
